The app isn't detecting my face. What should I try?
Make sure you're in a well-lit room with your face clearly visible to the front camera. Hold the phone upright at arm's length and run through the three-step calibration guide on the settings screen.
Which devices are supported?
Trombonophone runs on iPhone and iPad held upright. A front-facing TrueDepth or standard camera is required for face tracking.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
